  • 900 sq ft uniquely pavered patio with fire pit and outdoor yard games also with lighting
  • Ceremony sites include deck and arbor overlooking Cottonwood Creek and oak trees, the rustic pavilion with options of aluminum siding or Cottonwood Creek backdrops, the Victorian porch, or under giant pecan and oak trees.
  • 100 white, padded chairs, 13 60” round tables with white linens, and 3 rustic farm tables.
  • Use of decorations including lanterns, mason jars, candle holders,  eucalyptus branches, wine barrels, fairy lights, and votive candleholders.
  • Tables, chairs, and linen set-up and clean-up only
  • Parking attendant for one hour
  • Onsite facility management
  • One hour for rehearsal pending availability
  • One night stay in Victorian honeymoon for bride and groom and Teggeman breakfast basket

The Victorian with 100 guest or less: $12,000

(Additional cost of $120 per person over 100)

All Inclusive Package Includes:

Complimentary overnight stay at Teggeman House honeymoon suite (Bride and Groom only)

Complimentary Teggeman Breakfast basket

Can rent the ‘Farm House’ for the day of and overnight stay at additional cost

Can rent The Teggeman House before/after event at additional cost

       Day of Coordinator:

8-hour Day of Coordinator

Pre meeting to help create itinerary

Oversee night of rehearsal (Held on Thursday evening unless Teggeman is rented for entire weekend)

Provides guidance for layout, décor for wedding and reception

Oversees the wedding details and itinerary. Ensures all vendors are present

Distributes Bouquets. Pins all boutonnieres and corsages for bridal party and family

 

       Caterer: (BBQ as an example)

2 Meats, 2 sides, Tea, Water and Ice

Includes tables, linen and chaffers

1 taste test

Serving, busing of tables, and cleanup included

Can work with bride for additional options which may cause a change in price

   1- Bar Tender 4 hours

Ice/cups/5 -20 lb bags of ice (Additional bags are $4.40 each plus tax)

Additional bar tender available at $50 an hour

 

       Security Guard:

4 hours on site security

 

       Parking Attendant:

Available 1 hour prior to ceremony start time

 

       Chairs and Tables: (13- 60” round Tables for reception)

Additional linen can be rented for $20 each plus tax
